What Made The Stock Market Crash ?

The stock market is an extremely dynamic and volatile place. The price of stocks that is being traded constantly is subject to change very quickly due to various influencing factors. Sometimes, it is a positive factor that is influencing and turns the market conditions favorable and at other times the negative factors can take over and cause a down side, or cause the stock market to crash. The stock market has crashed several times before in history, and there have been various causes for each crash.

A stock market crash is caused by a sudden or a dramatic change in the stock prices causing a lot of people to sell off their stocks. Usually this is panic selling. When too many investors start selling various stocks, the market tends to crash. The stock market runs when there are more investors. The sudden selling of stock leads to a significant loss. A crash is always caused by an unexpected panic caused by financial environment, financial scandals, and/or political scenario prevalent in the country. All these factors have an effect on people, and they can cause them to behave in a certain way.

Whenever people see the negative trends in the stock market, they are bound to act on them. Crashes typically occur after there has been a constant rise in the stock prices, and the stock market has reached its top performance ratio. Consider the stock market like a wave which rises all the way up and then comes falling down. However, it can fall consistently or just crash at once. This phenomenon is called the stock market cycle.
